We build it where you already work
Inside your own accounts, using the tools you already pay for. You approve how it behaves before it touches a real customer.
The switch
We sit with you while you move over
A screen share, as long as it takes, until you've run it yourself. Then we watch it for a fortnight and fix anything that misbehaves.
It runs on your infrastructure, not ours
No new app, no new login, no monthly fee to us for software you can't see. Everything sits inside the accounts you already own and pay for, which means it keeps working whether or not we're still involved. If you already use one of these, we build on it.

Before you ask
The usual questions.
Do I have to change the software I'm using?
Usually not. We build around what you already pay for. If something genuinely has to go we'll say so and show you the maths, and you can still say no.
Is this another app I have to log into?
No. Everything runs inside your own accounts, on tools you already own. There's nothing extra to open in the morning and no licence you're renting from us.
Is this AI?
Some of it. Reading messages, drafting replies, pulling information out of documents — that's where AI earns its keep. The rest is plumbing between systems that should already be talking to each other. We'll tell you which is which, because one of them is a lot more predictable than the other.
I'm still on paper. Is that a problem?
No, it's usually the easiest kind of job. Plenty of the businesses we talk to are running on a docket book and a phone. There's nothing to migrate, so there's nothing to break.
What happens if you two get hit by a bus?
Everything runs on accounts you own, and it's written down. Another developer can pick it up. You're not locked to us.
How small is too small?
If a task is costing you under an hour a week, automating it usually isn't worth what it costs. We'll say so on the call.
Do you only work in Cork?
We're based here and we'll come to you if you're local. Everything else works over a screen share, so where you are doesn't change the job.
